Heater Modules

Dravo has two highly efficient, indirect gas-fired heater modules.

Condensaire PCH Module

The Condensaire PCH heating modules consist of 14 models with outputs ranging from 5 – 400kW.

The burners are of the pre-mix type resulting in no emissions of carbon monoxide, very low emission of nitrogen oxides (class 5 product), low emission of carbon dioxide, due to high combustion efficiency & reduction of fuel consumption arising from heat output modulation.

The benefits include:

Modulation down to 20% of full load.
Up to 109% nett thermal efficiency.
Low Nox < 30ppm
Registered on the Energy Technology List ETL for claiming Enhanced Capital Allowance ECA.
High efficiency means that the modules are BREEAM points qualifying.
Available in natural gas (G20) or LPG (G31).
Microprocessor-based controls give continuous modulation via a 0-10V input signal or laptop dial-up systems can be utilised.

GH/GHK Module

The GH/GHK range are non-condensing & condensing modules with a light framework made of galvanised sheet metal that easily fits in dedicated equipment. Each module can be assembled into any kind of equipment where heating is required, output ranges from 14,3 kW to 813,1 kW.

For higher values, several modules can be combined. They can be assembled in series or parallel layout, to achieve the required heat output.

Low Nox packaged gas burners can be used in on/off, high/low or modulating modes.
